Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a process based on acupuncture (without the use of needles) and works by tapping on acupressure points whilst paying attention to an emotion or feeling of a situation which is often why situations re-occur, because the feeling has not been dealt with.

By tapping with your own fingertips on a series of meridian points and saying phrases EFT can be extremely effective with the following issues:

  • Emotional trauma
  • Limiting beliefs
  • Reduce cravings
  • Reducing or eliminating pain
  • Removing negative emotions

EFT can also be used to improve or enhance situations, such as:

  • Building better relationships
  • Implementing a positive goal
  • Understanding others

EFT is extremely easy to learn and can be practiced outside of sessions to enhance and re-enforce  the work carried out in the sessions. 

EFT sessions can be carried out online and in person face-to-face.
