Laughter Yoga works on the principal that you laugh for no reason, without the need of humour, jokes or comedy by using guided techniques.
Within a laughter yoga session laughter exercises are combined with the breathing of yoga. Fake Laughter leads to real laughter and the interaction between participants all speaking the language of laughter is contagious.
Scientific evidence has proved that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits.
